We've all heard of the money scams, where an order is placed and then the money order / check os made out for an amount much larger than the actual price ...  Well, it has happened to us.

The thing is, we've been on alert for this, watching, waiting, listening to other's stories ... so when it happened to us, we were ready. 

What set me up on high alert was that he would never answer any of MY questions ... I mean, what ARE you gonna do with 200 spoons???

And then when he said that the accountant made a mistake in writing out the money order ..... yeah right ....

Needless to say ... we did NOT send him any money or the spoons.

And, we let the our lawyer in on it as well as the Hawkins County Sheriff's Dept.

Check out the bank it was drawn on, is this account actually there and are there funds available? Have your bank call that bank to verify this for you.
